These rugged AISI-304 stainless steel pumps are designed for dependable performance in continuous duty service. The precision pressing process assures consistent wall thickness without the weak thin areas that occur in some other stainless pumps. Close-coupled design saves space and simplifies maintenance and installation. Centerline discharge and foot support assure maximum resistance to misalignment and distortion from pipe loads. Seals are carbon/ceramic with Viton® elastomers.
Motors are 3450 rpm TEFC. CDU Series pumps weigh 42 to 52 lbs. 3 & 5 hp 3U pumps weigh 90 to 110 lbs; 7-1?2 hp models weigh 145 to 155 lbs.
