There has several reasons caused bearing overheating,we are pleased to disguss with you.
1. Incorrect bearing installation or improper clearance
2. Bearing wear
3. Excessive or lack of lubricating oil
4. Poor oil quality or mixed with impurities of slurry pump
5. Oil ring without oil
6. Shaft bending deformation
7. The alignment of transmission device is poor, and the shaft of slurry pump and prime mover is not on the same axis
8. The oil pressure is not enough when the bearing is forced to be lubricated
9. Belt drive, belt too tight of the slurry pump
10. Drive belts are not allowed
1. Install correctly according to the standard and adjust the clearance of slurry pump
2. Replace the bearing with a new one for the slurry pump
3. Check and adjust the oil level, too much grease leads to poor heat dissipation, too little and lack of lubrication will make the bearing of slurry pump heat up
4. Change famous lubricating oil with good quality
5. Check, re install and replace the oil ring
6. Straighten or replace the slurry pump shaft
7. Align the transmission device again
8. Increase the lubricating oil pressure
9. Loosen the belt of slurry pump
10. Frame with leather pulley of the slurry pump
Hope these information would be helpful for you.If you have any further question about the overheating of the slurry pump, please kindly contact us.
