• Mission Magnum XP Centrifugal Pumps Description

The Magnum XP is ideally suited for pumping high volumes of heavy slurries that are abrasive, corrosive, and difficult to pump. The compact overall dimensions make it an excellent choice for high-volume mobile and stationary applications for which a small footprint is critical. Designed for continuous operation with minimal maintenance, this model is engineered to provide maximum seal life with low stuffing box pressure and an extra-heavy shaft design.
A unique casing flow divider on the 12x10x23 and 14x12x22 cuts the radial load in half, doubling bearing life. The heavy-duty bearings are permanently lubricated to minimize maintenance.
The Mangum XP is capable of handling flow rates up to 7,500 gal/min and differential head pressures up to 420 ft.

• Mission XP Pump Design Features:
1. Full-open wide impeller.
2. Long life no adjustment mechanical seal available for near zero leakage.
3. Thick, concentric casing with replaceable casing wear pad.
4. Hard iron and high chrome alloy material optional.
5. Large power to ensure large flow rates and head pressure up to 500ft.

8. Each casing is approved pressure test prior to delivery.
9. Heat treatment was done to improve the hardness and wear-resistance to ensure a longer working life.
10. Shaft sleeves are made by 416SS and ceramic coating to protect shaft from abrasive fluids for extra life.
11. Mechanical seals can be Tungsten-Tungsten, Tungsten-Silicone, or Silicone-Carbide, all with highly polish sealing face and piton bellow and stainless steel springs.
12. 100% compatible with NOV™ Mission™ Magnum™ XP, MCM™ XL series and current market offerings.
13. The pumps can be unitized with Ex-proof electric motors, diesel engines in-line or over-belt driven configuration.
