FGD Flue Gas Slurry Pump

FGD pump is a single stage and single suction horizontal centrifugal pump. It is mainly used as the circulating pump for absorbent tower in FGD appliances. It has such features:Wide rang e flowing capacity, high efficiency, high saving power. This series of pump is matched by tight structure X bracket which can save much space.Meanwhile our company develops many kinds of material targeted on the pump for FGD.

Technology Features:

The pump wet parts are designed by advanced CFD Flowing Simulating Analysis Techniques to ensure its design reliable and its working effective. It can change the impeller's position in pump casing by adjusting the bearing assembly to keep the pump working high efficiently all the time. This kind of pump adopts back pull-out structure, keeping it easy construction and easy maintenance.It doesn't need disassemble inlet &outlet pipeline. Two sets of taper roller bearing is fixed in the end of the pump, the column roller bearing is equipped at driving end.The bearing is lubricated by oil.All these can improve the bearing working condition and greatly enhance its life. Mechanical sealing is adopted integrating mechanical sealing which is specialized in FGD technology to ensure its operation.

Wet part A49 material:

A49 material is a kind of abrasive resistant and c orrosive resi s tant material, they are widely used for flue gas desulfurization projects in the word，the main c o mposition in c lude s chromium 28-30%，molybdenum 2-3%,nickel 1%,carbon 1%，copper is less than or equalto2%. Co r rosive resi s tance charac t eristic:this is given by the au st en i tic element.In the 70 degree s u lfuric acid solution which contains chloride 0000pom and pH value of 4,the corrosion rate of is 0.5mm/a.In the 60 degree solution which contains 5%n i t r ic,the corrosion rate is 0.5mm/a.In the sodium hydroxide solution at 80 degree and pH value of 13,the corrosion rate is0.5mm/a. Wear-resistance character i stic:The abrasion performance is given by the chromium carbide on the grain boundary and secondary carbon compounds precipitated on austerity bodies.The abrasion performance is equal to A05,GLH-5,Ni-1.Therefore,A49material is a kind of wear-resistance and corrosive-resistance alloy,which has the characteristic of strong abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance in low pH value environment.Especially suitable for desulfurization unit in the FGD project in which pH value is greater than or equal to 3.5.A49 material is generally used to manufacture impeller,volute liner and liner insert of desulfurization pump to convey corrosive solid particles in which pH is 3.5--13.Practice proves that when we use this kind of material to make the impeller of slu rr y pump,especi a lly the one of the c i rculating pump in the main absorption tower,the service life can be up to 20000hours.And the site data shows that the actual operating hours is all longer than this data.
