The HNH is a versatile horizontal slurry pump that offers exceptional performance and flexibility. Available in several metallurgy options, this pump can be customized to suit the specific needs of your applications, ensuring optimal durability and efficiency. The HNH Series is part of our modular program. The HNS Series gives you the flexibility needed for custom design to suit your application, saving you both time and money. The HNH series is available in several metallurgy options and offers three wet-end designs as well as multiple seal options.
5x HNH pumps have been operating since 2006 with no reported issues at one of the mills from one of the largest US steel producers; the HNH heavy-duty design with its high-chrome casing, wear plate, wear ring, and impeller have been proving every day for over 15 years that it is the right choice for mill scale applications.
In an underground diamond mine, 4x HNH are used in two independent systems (inline configuration) for a mine dewatering application. This arrangement allows for double flow in peak periods. The pumps have been running successfully since they were installed in 2005.
One of the largest copper mines in the world, located in the Democratic Republic of Congo in Africa is using these self-priming, diesel-driven, horizontal, HNH slurry pumps as utility pumps in an application in which low Ph, acidic slurries are being pumped out from sanded sumps and lagoons.

If your pump performance requirements change, simply change the pumping end to ensure you are always achieving maximum productivity and efficiency.
No need to buy a brand new piece of equipment when system requirements change. Just change the pump end. If you can standardize on the same pumping ends throughout your plant then you can greatly reduce the need for excessive spare parts inventory.
Production is profit. When systems change the lead times of some custom drive units can not only be long but also expensive. If you can recycle your drive unit and simply change your pumping end you can get back into production quicker, cheaper, with less downtime required.
The HNH comes standard with a packed box or your choice of a standard component mechanical seal or from a variety of our specially engineered slurry cartridge seal options. 4 expellers/repellers that are capable of higher sealing pressure than typical single expeller/repeller design; featuring a packing-less design and an integrated flush port. Extreme slurry cartridge seal design available with positive pressure quench plans. Severe slurry cartridge design with robust stationary single spring with higher tolerance for misalignment and shaft deflection.
We work closely with you to ensure that our pumping solutions are properly installed and integrated into your facilities, from the very start. This helps to minimize downtime and ensures that your production is running smoothly and efficiently.
We have the ability to engineer, procure, and construct turnkey solutions that can be integrated within your system.
