How to adjust the impeller clearance of the slurry pump?
1.If the pump is mechanical seal structure, reset the positioning card, and then loosen the shaft sleeve locking screw
2.Loosen the four clamp bolts of the bearing assembly
3.Loosen the bearing assembly adjusting bolt on the base
4.Rotate one nut first, until the impeller is attached to the guard plate and cannot be rotated
5.Then slowly adjust the other nut until the impeller can rotate normally, and there is no friction with the throat bush and FPL insert.
6.Finally, lock the adjusting nut, and the adjustment is completed.
