The slurry pump frame is a supporting and fixing part of the horizontal slurry pump, and it combines with the bearing assembly to form a stable transmission system. It is typically made of gray cast iron material with high compressive strength and good shock and sound absorption performance. Our slurry pump frames include two types: one-piece and horizontal split. Among them, the one-piece frame is the most commonly used for slurry pumps, that can be completely separated from the cartridge bearing assembly fixed on its top with bolts. It features a compact and robust structure, easy installation, simple adjustment of impeller clearance, and can fully match the Warman pump frames in models and sizes, crafted by our factory in China.

The one-piece frame adopts an integral casting design, and the top grease-lubricated cartridge bearing assembly can be moved and removed axially as a whole, facilitating adjustment of the impeller clearance and pump maintenance. Its sturdy structure allows the frame plate to be securely fixed on the frame with only a minimum number of through bolts. Whether mounted on a metal base or directly on a concrete foundation, ensuring a firm installation is crucial to avoid pump vibration, noise, and damage.
The horizontal-split frame consists of a frame body and a frame cover, internally containing oil-lubricated bearing and shaft assembly. To extend the bearing’s service life, we have optimized both hydraulic and structural designs. Rational distribution of radial and axial forces, correct selection of bearing types, models, cooling, and lubrication methods, among other factors, have been considered to meet the requirements of low heat generation and long bearing life. This type of frame is mainly used in our high-efficiency slurry pumps and high-pressure slurry pumps.
