How to Hard Reset Dos

I am having an issue with one of my DOS units. For some reason the unit just randomly turns on and doses. This isn't an issue with my Apex as it did this last week on my classic Apex and again yesterday on my new 2016 Apex. I have 3 DOS units in total, 2 of the 3 work fine. It even doses when I set it to manual off. Is there a way to hard reset it?

I would start with updating the firmware on the DOS that is having the issue. In a lot of cases this has proven to fix random issues and doesn't require a lot of effort.

I have the 2016 Model APEX. I just deleted the module. Then I plugged it in. It immediately starts spinning. I upgraded the firmware, it stops while the upgrade is in process but starts spinning again as soon as it's done. I hope someone from APEX can chime in with a solution on a hard reset.

Ok. Your profile shows the Apex Classic which is why I pointed you at that page. If you have upgraded the firmware, are sure the slider(s) in fusion are not set to ON and no advanced code is in place, then I would open a support request with Neptune. Neptune systems support does not monitor this forum so go to submit the request.

I just updated my profile and fusion has it set to off. I am going to start a ticket right now. Thanks for trying t help me out,
