Weir Mineral Warman Brand Slurry Pump
Weir Mineral’s Warman brand of slurry pumps are trusted products in mining, quarrying and industrial applications. Here are some features about this brand of slurry pumps:
Extensive product range:
Warman® AH® Series: This is a heavy-duty centrifugal slurry pump that has been the world standard in heavy-duty slurry pumping applications for more than 60 years. Suitable for continuous pumping of highly abrasive, high-density slurries from hydrocyclone feed to regrind, flotation and tailings treatment. The pumps have high efficiency, reliability and performance, and excellent performance during the wear cycle, long service life, can reduce downtime and total cost of ownership. Its wetted parts materials include ductile iron housing, high chrome stainless steel impeller, high chrome stainless steel or elastomer lining and throat, etc., with diameters ranging from 25mm to 450mm. AMOS pump is a Warman OEM, and is 100% interchangeable with Warman’s AH, AHR, HH, L, M, G, SP, AF pumps and accessories.Warman® MCR® Series: Commonly used in grinding circuit applications, its thick elastomer lining and alloy impeller provide excellent wear resistance in conditions with a wide particle size distribution, hard and angular particles. And the adjustable side liner of this series can maintain the efficiency of the pump and extend its service life (adjustable during operation).
Warman® WGR™ Series: Ideal for the sand and aggregate market, it features improved hydraulic design, enhanced stuffing box options, simplified wet end, and easy maintenance, and can handle corrosive and abrasive fluids.
Warman® AHPP Series: An upgrade of the Warman® AH® Series, it is the pump with the highest pressure rating in the series, suitable for high-pressure, high-density slurry applications such as tailings processing, with a maximum pressure of 6900 kPa.
Excellent performance:
High wear resistance: Able to cope with highly abrasive media, the flow parts are made of special wear-resistant materials and designs, which can withstand long-term wear and extend the service life of the pump.
High efficiency: The large diameter, slow-speed high-efficiency impeller design can achieve maximum wear life and low operating costs, and the spacious internal channel design can reduce internal flow velocity, increase wear life and reduce operating costs.
Stable operation: Whether in harsh working conditions or complex process conditions, it can maintain stable operation and provide users with reliable fluid transportation solutions.
Easy to maintain: The through-bolt design and other structures are easy to disassemble and install, reducing maintenance time and downtime, and improving equipment availability.
Global support network: Weir Group has an extensive sales and service network worldwide, which can provide users with timely technical support and after-sales service to help users solve problems and optimize the slurry transportation process.
