6100 series recessed impeller pumps and parts

VMI offers replacement pumps and pump parts for the Morris 4 inch, 6 inch and 8 inch 6100 series type CT, severe duty, cup type, recessed impeller pumps. The pumps are available with either a keyed shaft or a hydraulic drive motor mounted directly to the pump. The pumps are available with either packing or a mechanical seal for dry land service. The pumps come with a packing insert for underwater service. The pumps come with lip seals for dry land service and a mechanical seal for underwater service. VMI’s severe duty recessed impeller pumps are designed to handle large solids and abrasive materials. The fully recessed, cup style impeller offers large solids passage while reducing cavitation when pumping heavy, viscous slurries. The large diameter of the cup impeller allows the pump to operate at slower speeds and more efficiently than other comparable pumps. The unique impeller design and reversible case allow the pump to operate in either rotation direction using the same parts for added flexibility. The high chrome cast iron components offer long wear life compared to other pumps.
