Our Free Shipping is available to US customers and generally takes 4-8 business days. Please provide an address that can receive both UPS and US Postal Service shipments.

Alaska and Hawaii Customers Please Note:Free Shipping and Flat Rate Shipping are ground shipping. For orders to Alaska and Hawaii, delivery may take significantly longer as shipments are transported by sea. For those customers, Priority Mail or UPS are generally the best options unless time is not of the essence.

Flate Rate Shipping

Our Flat Rate Shipping is designed to offer the best value versus delivery time for most orders. The rate is determined by the total weight of your order (see chart below). We choose the shipping carrier—either USPS or UPS—on a per-order basis. Additional shipping options are available at checkout if faster delivery is required. For Canadian orders, Priority orders will ship through either USPS Internatoinal or GlobalPost.

• Ensure both USPS and UPS can deliver to your address.
• Verify your shipping address, as undeliverable or refused items will not be returned and will go to USPS lost and found.
• Free Shipping and Flat Rate Shipping are available for USA orders only.

UPS and USPS shipping

For customers who want to ensure that either UPS or USPS (US Priority Mail and International)are chosen as the carrier, please choose a UPS or USPS shipping option.

General Shipping Information

• Processing Times:
  • Orders placed before 2 PM ET (Mon-Fri) ship the same day (excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2 PM ET ship the next business day.
• Shipping Considerations:
  • Weekends and holidays do not count as shipping days (e.g., a next-day air order placed Friday before 2 PM ET arrives Monday).
  • UPS does not deliver on weekends.
• Special Notes:
  • UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes; such orders will be shipped via USPS or canceled.
  • Canadian and international orders are shipped FOB, with all duties and taxes the buyer’s responsibility. Delivery times for international orders cannot be guaranteed.
  • V Power Equipment ensures timely delivery to the courier but cannot refund shipping costs if UPS or USPS fails to deliver on time.

International Orders

Duty Fees:

• Any duty fees levied by your country are your responsibility to pay. Our shipping includes only the cost to ship the order.

Shipping Time:

• International orders can take weeks to arrive if you choose Global Post or USPS. If you need your international order quickly, please choose a UPS option.

Holiday Closures

We observe the same holidays as the United States Postal Service. Orders placed on these days will ship the next business day.

Standard Warranty

All products come with a 90-day repair, replace, or refund warranty. For items used commercially, the warranty is limited to 30 days.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

• Defects causing the item not to work properly.

Warranty Exclusions:

• Damage caused during the customer’s possession.
• Cracked water pump housings caused by over-pressurization or freezing.

If your item was damaged during shipping, report it to the shipping company and contact us for assistance.

Extended Warranty

Our Extended Warranty provides one-time repair, replacement, or refund coverage after the standard warranty expires.

Key Details:

• Includes freight charges for covered items.
• Must be purchased with the original product.
• Does not cover normal wear and tear or modified products.
• Exclusion: Cracked water pump housings caused by over-pressurization or freezing.

The extended warranty is valid only for shipments within the lower 48 U.S. states.
