Pumping Solutions provides a variety of pre-packaged repair kits for pumps. These repair kits contain the most common parts that need to be replaced in the event of a failure. Our inventory includes Wilden Liquid End Repair Kits, Wilden Air End Repair Kits, and Burks Turbine Pumps Repair Kits for a range of Burks models. All of our repair kits for pumps are manufactured using top quality materials and engineered for superior performance and a long working life. Pump repair kits that are not intended for specific makes/models are designed for compatibility with a wide variety of pumps—various materials are available to give you the best fit and best performance for your particular pump.

Burks CT & CS Repair Kits

Burks’ Turbine Pump repair kits include the following: CS5M, CS6M, CS7M, CS8M, CS9M, CT5M, CT6M, CT7M, and CT8M models. Kits include impeller, raceway, shaft seal, o-ring, impeller locknut, and installation instructions.

Wilden Liquid End Repair Kits

Wilden liquid end repair kits for pumps include diaphragms (primary and backup), valve balls, valve seat o-rings, manifold o-rings, air valve gastket, glyde rings, muffler plate gasket, and Teflon gasket tape. These pump repair kits are available in numerous configurations, sizes, and material combinations—Metal/Buna, Plastic/Teflon, Plastic/Wilflex, Metal/Teflon, Metal Wilflex, Neoprene/Neoprene, Buna/Buna, PV/PX15 Metal/Neoprene, and PV/PX15 Metal/Buna.

Wilden Air End Repair Kits

Manufactured by Wilden, these repair kits for pumps are not specific to any make or model. Kits include some combination of the following components: poly air valve assembly, air valve gasket, muffler plate gasket, muffler plate, reducer bushing, glyde rings, center block gasket, thermal isolator gasket, pilot sleeve assembly, retaining ring, and grease packet.
