The Ebara Best One MS pump (1712101600) is a highly versatile submersible stainless steel electric submersible pump that is ideal for use in compact clean water sumps (up to 200 x 220mm) to drain water. It is automatically controlled by a magnetic tube float switch that turns the pump on when the water reaches 17cm of water and it switches off again once the water has drained back down to 10cm. The compact size is ideal for small locations (clean water only) with limited space is available but the water is still very clean.

We highly recommend the newer cupWVBP-NENX model for the majority of compact sumps or the classic cable floatMA version for larger sumps.

Please Note: While the pump can pass 10mm particles internally, the tube float can become blocked over time by small silty particles as it is a plastic float sliding within another outer plastic tube.

The installation is easy, simply place the pump into a clean water source, connect the 1 1/4 inch threaded outlet to (flexible or fixed) pipework and plug the power cable into the wall. The pump will then control itself and turn on/off automatically when the water level raises and lowers.

This pumping performance is based on minimum resistance to flow. Any horizontal distance addition, reduction in pipe size, changes of direction, restriction valves or other points of resistance will result in a lower flow.
