Pump is specially designed for shredding and transferring slurry from animal husbandry, biogas digestate or industrial waste water containing lumpy and fibrous solids. The highly efficient size reduction of the fibrous components in the material is caused by an innovative cutting system that ensures optimum pump operation even under harsh working conditions.

Can handle up to 12% solids. Operating speed up to 2600 rpm. The pump wet end and gearbox are totally separate, therefore any mechanical seal failure is instantly visible with no opportunity for gearbox contamination. Operators should consider there is no dry running capacity. Fixed knives, helicoid and impeller blades manufactured from treated and hardened material. Mechanical seal system lubricated by oil. Suction flange ensures enormous suction capacity avoiding turbulences.
