HHS series pump is designed for the continuous pumping of highly abrasive, high density slurries with high pressure. It is also called High Head Slurry Pump. The range is capable of handling heavy duty, medium size particles and pumping at heads in excess of 90 meters per stage. The small eye to impeller diameter ratio provides a combination that yields perfect wear performance.

Pump Model Selection of HHS Pump

When the type selection is conducted, the performance curve table for clear water of a pump shall be referred to, and the coefficient of range for the flow selected is as follows:

-- For slurry of medium density and strong abrasiveness, the coefficient of flow range will be 40-80%;

-- For slurry of low density and strong abrasiveness, the coefficient of flow range will be 40-100%;

-- For the highest efficiency point under a certain RPM condition, its corresponding flow rate will be 100%.
