The FASS Connect Digital Monitoring System was designed for a simple, clean installation and gives the ability to monitor your FASS Fuel System’s filter life, fuel pressure, and other drivetrain parameters using powerful wireless technology. The FASS Connect has 5 sensor inputs that allow you to utilize a 0 to 100 PSI pressure, -40° to 260° temperature, and a 2,000° exhaust gas temperature sensor. Not only is the FASS Connect a monitoring system, it also has 2x relay trigger outputs that allow you to power-on your FASS Fuel Heaters or other accessories like auxiliary lights right from the FASS Connect App! The FASS Connect App can monitor up to 8 parameters at a time: the 5 sensor inputs plus filter life, GPS speed, and battery voltage. The FASS Connect ECU communicates wirelessly to the FASS Connect Gauge and FASS Connect App, giving you an ultra-clean installation and flexibility on applications where the gauge must be mounted further from the ECU than on a normal pickup truck. The heater(s) will begin warming once the key is in the on position and will automatically shut off after the proper temperature has been reached. While FASS Fuel Systems are built to start your diesel engine in the coldest of temperatures, adding a FASS Electric Heater Kit will have you geared up for whatever mother nature throws your way! When the fuel temperature drops below 34° Fahrenheit, the thermostatically controlled Electric Heater Kit will automatically power on. Our New Particulate Filter is rated @ 144 microns. The 144 Micron Particulate Filter on the suction side will drastically reduce cavitation, increase flow properties, lower the sound output of the FASS System, and removes larger fuel particulates. The new XWS3002XL MUST be used in conjunction with the PF3001XL, the new filters cannot be used in combination with the FF-3003/FF-3010 or FS-1001/FS-1020. When replacing the discontinued filters with the new XWS3002XL and PF3001XL, the XWS3002XL will now be placed on the pressure side of the System and the PF3001XL will be placed on the suction side. Our Drop-In Coalescing Water Separator is rated @ 10 microns and has a built-in drain. This filter has a 1”-14 thread and is equipped with an internal post seal. PLEASE NOTE: IF THIS COALESCING WATER SEPARATOR IS INSTALLED ON A SIGNATURE SERIES SYSTEM, IT CAN CAUSE ADDITIONAL SOUND OUTPUT FROM THE FASS DUE TO THE TIGHTER MEDIA! Our all-new Return Style Fuel Tank Sump Kit requires only a single hole to be drilled into the fuel tank and includes a -10 ORB return port, allowing you to plumb the FASS return line right to the Fuel Tank Sump. This Return Style Fuel Tank Sump Kit also places the -10 ORB suction port at the lowest point in the fuel tank, ensuring unrestricted fuel flow to the FASS System. Last but not least, the extra-large bowl acts as a reservoir—creating a consistent supply of fuel to the FASS System when running close to empty, or under heavy braking and acceleration.

This kit is necessary when installing our DIFSFRD1001 Drop-In Series System on a 2017-2024 6.7L Powerstroke with a S&B or Titan fuel tank. Due to the larger capacity of these tanks, this kit places the fuel lines in the correct position for a seamless integration with the S&B or Titan tank.
Our Drop-In Series Electric Heater Probe Kits are an upgrade for FASS Systems being used in extremely cold climates. Each FASS Drop-In Series System has ports for electric heaters which help aid in cold weather starts and keep fuel from gelling while driving during extremely cold temperatures. The heater(s) will begin warming once the key is in the on position and will automatically shut off after the proper temperature has been reached.
