A sewer pump transports sediments and liquids from one location to another. Regarding household sewage, it is composed of soft solids with a diameter of up to 2 inches. Sewage is discharged from the sewage basin into a septic tank or sewer system. The sewer pump is installed at the bottom of your sewage basin. They are also known as sewer ejector pumps since they are used to drive untreated sewage. Most pumps cannot handle raw sewage because it includes too many particles. Consequently, this solid handling pump is suitable for dealing with raw sewage.
This pump is like solid handling because it can push raw sewage. The spinning blades of the grinder pump distinguish it from the solid handling pump. The revolving blades function similarly to garbage grinders, which grind and chop materials into smaller bits before pumping sewage.
