Sulzer Sense monitoring concept

Wireless sensors attached to the equipment measure temperature and vibration in three axis and send the data into the cloud service via gateway.

Routing sensor

Mesh network can be extended with routing sensors if the gateway or sensors are too far away from each other blocking the data transmission. Routing sensor routes measurement data from sensors to the gateway. Shares technology with measurement sensor.

Gateway

Collects data from sensors and sends it to the cloud. Connected to power supply. Cellular, WLAN, Ethernet network. Standard indoor enclosure (IP20) as well as protected enclosure (IP67) available. Plug and play.

Deployment application

User-friendly mobile application helps to setup and configure sensors and gateways. Supports both Sulzer and non-Sulzer equipment. Sulzer recommended or custom threshold levels. Currently available for Android mobile devices on Google Play store. Requires username and password.

Sulzer's online service

Sulzer's online service provides secure, easy access to equipment related information anytime, anywhere. You can track your product condition, view the equipment trend data, access latest technical product documentation and identify spare parts. Browser-based (www.pumpsonline.sulzer.com). Access from computer or handheld devices. Currently available in nine languages. Does not require any installed application, however username and password are needed.

Cloud interface

Sulzer Sense Cloud Interface (REST API) is a simple and secure way to request the data generated by Sulzer Sense and transfer it to your own system. System independent – obtain and store the data wherever you want. Data can be easily visualized and analyzed in your own environment. Combine Sense measurement data with data from other sources for advanced analytics. Monitor your equipment independently of Sulzer Sense cloud service dashboards.
