KEY FEATURE

1. Adaptability for Drilling Rigs:

F800 mud pump is generally suitable for small drilling rig or workover rig, like 1500~2000 meters drilling rig or 550hp workover rig. It is ideal pump for shallow oilwell drilling or workover.

2. Power end

• Eccentric type balanced crankshaft: Casted, heat treated steel for less vibration, noise and longer bearing life.
• All high Strength Steel Fabricated and Stress Relieved Power End.
• Anti Friction roller bearings throughout.

3. Fluid end

• API Standard Valves, Seats, Liners, Piston Rods, and Pistons.
• Quick Change Buttress Threaded Valve and Fluid End Covers. Same as F1000 mud pump, API 6# valve is taken.
• Metal to Metal Liner Lock System.

4. Lubrication and other system

• Triple Redundant (Failure Proof) Power End Lube System: Internal Splash / Gravity Feed, Internal Gear Driven Pump, and External Gear Pump, Electric Motor Driven.
• Required central lubrication manifold system with copper tubing for feeding main, eccentric, and pinion bearings. Pressurized lubrication is also required to the lower crosshead slide for longer crosshead life.
• Required High Capacity Recirculating Liner Wash System, consisting of: Electric Motor Driven Liner Wash Pump, and Baffled Recirculation Collection Tank System.
