China AH Series Slurry Pumps

are also called heavy duty slurry pumps. These types of pumps are fitted with thicker anti-abrasion wet-end parts and heavy duty base frames, so they are suitable for high abrasion, high density slurries or high head slurries with low density. They can be operated in multi-stage series installation within the maximum working pressure. Among them, type AH pumps are suitable for low density but high head slurries or high density but low abrasion high head slurries. All the above pumps can also be used for slurries with some corrosion.

Two types of shaft seals: expeller seal and gland packing seal.

Expeller seal: expeller seal is adopted for single stage pumps or the first stage pumps in a multi-state series application, when the suction positive pressure is not 10% bigger than the discharge pressure.Expeller seal doesn’t require seal water, doesn’t dilute slurry, and has a reliable sealing effect.

Gland packing seal: Gland packing seal has a very simple structure, and is easy to maintain, but sealing water is a must. Gland seals are adopted where expeller seals are not appropriate.
