Application

Pump is suitable for pumping sewage, effluents, sludge, surface water and liquids containing soft solids.

Installation

Single-stage submersible pumps in close-coupled design for permanent or transportable usage.

Pumped liquid

Max. medium temperature: 40 °C.

Motor

Three phase electric motor with 2-, 4-, 6-, 8-, 10- or 12-pole winding. Insulation class H (180 C), Protection IP 68. With seal monitoring in the oil barrier chamber as standard.

Shaft/Bearing

Large diameter stainless steel rotor shaft, pre-lubricated bearings.

Explosion protection

In addition to the standard version, all motors are available explosion proof according to II 2 G Ex c d [e] [ib] IIB T4, T3.

Seals

Two independently working silicon-carbide mechanical seals in tandem-arrangement. Oil-filled seal chamber with possibility of control by the inspection screw.

For optimum adaptation to the pump medium and operating conditions.
