This chamber filter press is an intermittent working separation equipment, and it is used for solid-liquid separation of various oil slurry separation, like corn oil, rapeseed oil, peanut oil, sesame oil, corn oil, olive oil, camellia oil, palm oil, canola oil, sunflower oil, soybean oil, sesame oil, linseed oil (spoma oil), grape seed oil, walnut oil, Peony seed oil, etc. filter plates are pressed by pressing device and slurry is pumped into the filter chambers, solid particle and liquid are separated through filter cloths.

Filter press can be divided into plate and frame type and chamber type.

It is an intermittent filtration equipment,used for solid-liquid separation of various suspensions.

Filter plates are compressed by pressing device,suspension is pumped into the filter chamber.

Solid and liquid are separated through filter cloth.Liquid flows out while solid remains in the chamber and then gets discharged thus completes one cycle.

1. Beam, High quality carbon steel Q345B and processed with sand blasting to remove rust and oxide skin, then painted by epoxy primer to get higher intensity and corrosion resistance.

2. Filter plate, Polypropylene(PP) with acid & alkali resistance, anticorrosion and high strength. specially add some chemical part to bear higher oil temperature.

3. Filter cloths, High quality polypropylene or polyester.

4. Hydraulic unit, Chinese famous brand pumps and hydraulic valve; Carbon steel bending, welding, sealing, air filtration external oil pump, great cooling effect, easy for maintenance.High and low pressure oil pipe for gb soft connection.

5. Electric control cabinet, PLC control cabinet with Siemens brand or schneider brand Electrical components, Split or fixed on the beam.
