Tuma’s single-stage horizontal centrifugal slurry pumps are designed with a double casing. The outer housing is made of cast iron or nodular iron, the inner housing is made of rubber or heat-treated steel. These high performance pumps are very durable, cost effective, easy to maintain and extremely resistant to corrosion and erosion. They have closed impellers that ensure high efficiency. These centrifugal pumps are used to pump mineral concentrates, fly ash, slag, erosive waste water, abrasive sludge and solids.
