Froth pumps, also known as foam pumps, are a kind of vertical tank slurry pumps. They are used for flotation process where froth is innevitable. The material of froth pump wet end parts is also the long known A05, but for the tank, we can coat the steel tank with natural rubber based on your special requirement.
High efficiency design
Closed impeller (5 blades): optimizes fluid dynamics, improves efficiency and reduces energy consumption.
Large diameter design (minimum passage size 79mm): can convey media containing large solid particles, reducing the risk of clogging.
High speed (650 RPM): maintains stable operation at higher speeds, adapting to different working conditions.
Wear-resistant and durable
Metal liner & impeller (high chrome cast iron/stainless steel): anti-wear, corrosion resistance, prolong service life, suitable for harsh working conditions.
Reliable seals
Packing seal: simple structure, easy maintenance, suitable for general working conditions; can be upgraded to mechanical seal (such as corrosive media or require zero leakage).
Vertical design: saves installation space, suitable for tanks, pools and other submerged working conditions.
Discharge (364mm): improve suction capacity and reduce the risk of cavitation.
Suction (203mm): balancing flow and pressure to ensure stable discharge.
Foam media optimization: impeller and pump body design can effectively reduce bubble accumulation and maintain stable flow.
Wide power range (≤110kW): can match different drive configurations to adapt to high load operation.
Modular design: key components (e.g. impeller, seals) are easy to disassemble and replace, reducing downtime.
Standardized interface: easy to use with other systems.
