Welcome to MyBinding video. This is everything you need to know about Twin Loop Wire. First there are sizes ranging from ¼ of an inch to 1 1/2”. There are many sizes of wire, which can hold up to 300 pages. And a great benefit to twin loop wire is that pages lay flat. Better yet, it folds nicely back to back. There are 2 standard pitch sizes: 2:1 and 3:1. 2:1 is better for larger size books while 3:1 is better for smaller ones and there are custom pitches for when you find yourself with a different punch. The standard length of wire is 11 inches and again there are custom lengths for when you need it. And like most bindings, there are several different colors to choose from. It is important that your wire works with your punch and wire binding machine. First check what type of wire your machine uses before purchasing and that is twin loop wire.
