Gravimetrics

The HFI Fluid Power Products' gravimetric laboratory can verify the cleanliness level of the hose, tube and fitting product you purchase. Certification reporting can detail the contaminant mass present, as well as maximum particle size.

Inductance Brazing

Silver inductance brazing is accomplished through the use of two high power units (30kW and 70 kW). An endless variety of adapters are available to terminate the ends of custom tube assemblies we produce.

Complex Assemblies

Tube assemblies with complex secondary operations, such as drilling spray holes, grinding grooves, dimpled ends or other unusual properties are no problem for us. HFI Fluid Power Products has a secondary process facility comprised of a vast range of equipment to create rare configurations.
