Remesh, the stuff manufactured to reinforce concrete is cheaper than cattle panels but also made of thinner wires and comes pre rusted.
The lower cost and higher availability makes me want to try it,but I have little experience with either product.
Could one reasonably subsituite remesh for cattle panels in a greenhouse?

I'm curious as to how you plan to use either one, but regardless of application, the longevity will be in the cattle panels. They've galvanized and a much heavier gauge. The only real difficulty with the cattle panels is cutting them and bolt cutters are needed to cut them. Other tools such as a hacksaw, reciprocating saw or cut-off wheel on an angle grinder would work too, but those take much longer; the bolt cutters are quick and easy.

I used cattle panels to make tomato cages because I was tired of the wimpy round ones not lasting, bending over under the weight of a tomato laden plant, and the welds popping.

I use 10 ga as tree circles and it seems to light to use as a hoop. 6ga may work. Not sure how many seasons it will last in that environment before it rusts through.

I have tomato cages made from remesh that have lasted 19 years outside and going strong. But our weather is dry and mild.

    Thanks for your responses.
The mesh i was looking at is only 10 guage.
It's also has 6" x 6" openings, too big for a chicken hoop house.
    So as a border fence it's a steal,5' tall at $0.77 a foot,if you buy a 150' roll.
But in a hoop house or flat sided greenhouse it probably isn't the best choice.
I want it to keep chickens in ,predators out,and prevent water from pooling on the plastic sheeting.
Thicker gauge mesh means fewer rafters.

I don't think it would work unless you have additional support to hold up the remesh.  I have a cattle panel chicken greenhouse and I ran support for it just to be safe.  Chickens can get thru remesh and I'm sure foxes could too.  With my cattle panel greenhouse I covered the panels with chicken wire up top and hardware cloth down low.

My first coop/greenhouse had 1/2" mesh down low,and a mixture of chainlink and  wire mesh fencing(2"x4" openings) up top.
I'm trying to exclude paws from grabbing my chickens with the 1/2" openings, and I use fencing with larger openings where that  can't happen.
I think I'll be going with half inch mesh all over, since I'm out of metal fencing, and I'll need to buy more.
It's not much more expensive than chicken wire,so we shall see.
If protecting the birds were not an issue, I would use fiber reinforced plastic, snow fencing or deer fencing to prevent water from pooling on the plastic.
