If you're new to vaping, you may have heard about a number of different e-liquid "nicotine levels." There are many different options for what that means, but the most common one is just how much nicotine is in your e-liquid. Some vapers use zero nicotine and others need more most commonly 2 percent in order to feel satisfied. This guide will answer some common questions about 2% nicotine juice and how much it affects someone who is new to vaping.
Nicotine is addictive and can be harmful to your health. It's also poisonous to pets, so if you have one at home, keep in mind that they could accidentally get into your vape juice if it's not stored safely away from them.
Nicotine is a stimulant, and can be harmful if you have too much. Nicotine is addictive, so it's important to be careful with how much you use.
Nicotine can cause side effects such as nausea and vomiting, an increase in heart rate and blood pressure (which could lead to a heart attack), dizziness or fainting--especially if you stand up quickly after vaping--and even seizures in rare cases.
The amount of nicotine in 2% e-liquid varies depending on the device used for vaping; some vapes may produce higher levels than others due to their design or heating element type (e-cigarettes typically produce lower amounts than mods)
Vaping with 2% nicotine is like drinking a beer. You're going to get a buzz, but it's not going to be as intense as if you were drinking hard liquor or wine.
The buzz from vaping comes from the rush of dopamine produced by your brain when it gets hit with nicotine. The same thing happens when you drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes--your body releases dopamine to make up for what it thinks is missing (in this case, oxygen). Dopamine makes us feel good; so does nicotine!
The recommended daily allowance for adults is 2 milligrams (2mg) of nicotine per day. If you have been vaping at 2% for a while, it's possible that you could be consuming more than this amount in a single day--and that's not good! As we mentioned above, even though vaping with low-nicotine vape juice is better than smoking cigarettes or chewing tobacco, there are still some risks involved with consuming any amount of nicotine at all.
If you want to be safe and healthy while vaping, we recommend lowering the concentration level down to 0%. You can do this by choosing another flavor and then selecting "No Nicotine" under its "Options" section on our website before adding it into your cart and checking out as usual!
If you're worried about vaping with 2% nicotine, we recommend lowering your nicotine level. It's easy to do and will help you feel more comfortable while still vaping. For more information on disposables see our blog on Best Disposable Vape Kits 2023!
