The High-Performance Mud Pump Module is a critical component for mud pumps, engineered to endure extreme pressure, impact, and wear. It fully complies with API7K standards, ensuring exceptional durability and reliability in demanding drilling operations.

The High-Performance Mud Pump Module is crafted from superior alloy steel (35CrMo or 40CrMnMo) and forged without any defects, such as delamination, cracks, impurities, looseness, or overburning. It meets API7K standards and undergoes stringent quality checks, including triple forging and internal hardening treatments.

The module features an inner wall hardness of HB285-330 and mechanical properties of σb ≥ 850/MPC, σs ≥ 670/MPC, δ ≥ 15%, and ψ ≥ 13%. Our mud pump modules are available in single-piece or two-piece valve box designs, suitable for pressure ratings of 5000, 7500, and 10,000 psi (351, 527, and 703 kg/cm²).
