The Zambelli T-70 Flexible Impeller Pump is suited for decanting wine and alimentary liquids. The 1.3 HP motor pumps 125 liters (33 gallons) per minute. It is constructed from AISI 304 Stainless Steel. The flexible impeller is made of food-grade high density EPDM (a far more durable and chemically resiliant substance than traditional rubber or silicone), giving it the ability to transfer fermenting wine with sediment and debris (_not_ must). Suction is ambivalent in both rotating directions and the unbroken flow avoids shaking the transferred juices. Includes the stainless steel "Export Trolley" cart.
