Disassembly sequence of vertical mud pump:
1. Remove the motor or fixing plate and water outlet pipe.
2. Remove the volute and impeller nut, gently pry the back of the impeller, and remove the impeller key.
3. Disassemble the driven half coupling, then disassemble the key, and then disassemble the motor base to separate it from the support cylinder.
4. Remove the pump base and support tube bolts and separate them.
5. Remove the sleeve and bearing from the shaft.
When installing a vertical mud pump, it is strictly forbidden to directly hit the mating surface with a hammer or the like. Check all parts for defects and apply a thin layer of butter to both sides of the paper pad. Fill the skeleton oil seal with butter and put it into the pump base. Install the bearing and add 2/3 butter into the bearing. Install an O-shaped sealing ring inside the shaft sleeve and apply butter. Install the bearing cover on the motor base, install the bearing and add 2/3 butter, put on the paper pad and oil retaining ring, install the shaft and support and fix it with screws. Place the paper pad, install the pump base, shaft sleeve, key and impeller, tighten the impeller nut, and lay the assembly flat. Use a wooden hammer or aluminum hammer to hit the pump shaft so that the shoulder is against the bearing. Remove the bearing cover and adjust it with a paper pad. Install the bearing cap so that the axial movement is greater than 0.5mm, and use one finger to move the impeller to make it rotate flexibly. Put the paper pad on, install the pump housing, fix it with screws and install the filter. Install the key and driven coupling, install the key and driving coupling on the motor shaft, and fix the motor and motor base with bolts. The axial clearance between the active coupling and the driven coupling is required to be 1~1.5mm
