Slurry pump Spare Parts are designed for use in the toughest and most abrasive applications, and having a wide range of wear parts available in stock means there will be minimal interruptions to your slurry and solids-laden fluid removal processes.

Slurry pumps are often used in mineral processing and wash plant environments, and suitable wear parts are critical to ensuring the longevity of your equipment.

Usually the slurry pump spare parts are made of High chrome alloy, rubber, elastomer, polyurethane, ceramic and some other customized materials. But High chrome alloy and elastomer are now the main materials for the slurry pumps. Recent years Tobee is trying to make slurry pump spare parts by ceramics and many data come from labs and mills show that the ceramic slurry pump spare parts can work for a longer time than high chrome alloy.

For the chrome alloy parts, the standard is High chrome Alloy(27% Cr), it can be used from PH 5 to 12, and its hardness can be to HRC65, which is a very good choice for slurry control and transport. But in some conditions, the PH may lower than 5, then we try to use A49, it can lower to PH4, mostly used in FGD processing, Tobee offers the full chrome alloy parts including A03, A04, A05, A06, A07, A12, A14, A25, A33, A49, A51, A61 etc.

For the elastomer parts, It is widely used in fine slurry conditions and lower PH to 2. There are also many rubbers for different conditions, Tobee offers the full rubber parts including R08, R24, R26, R33, R38, R55, R66, S01, S10, S12, S21, S31, S42, S44, S50 etc.

For the Polyurethane parts, It becomes popular in some conditions. It is good at corrosion and wear conditions. Tobee offers the full Polyurethane parts including U01, U38 etc.

For the Ceramic parts, It is perfect to replace elastomers and polyurethane in some condition. High Hardness and great corrosion make it even can replace the metal impeller in some conditions.

The most important things for stopping ceramic slurry pump to replace other ones are the price and friability. But Tobee have solved these problems, that is to say Tobee have made it success to manufacturing ceramic slurry pump parts that can stand impact by particles in the fluid media and the slurry pump is not such expensive.
