Verderflex lubricants: Flex-Lube & Verdersil

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Global Pumps supplies two specialised lubricants designed to support the performance and longevity of Verderflex peristaltic hose pumps, including the VF and Dura ranges.

Flex-Lube

Flex-Lube is a food-grade, glycerine-based lubricant formulated to enhance heat transfer between the hose and the pump casing. This helps minimise friction and wear, ultimately extending the hose’s service life. Flex-Lube is blue in colour and performs reliably in temperatures from -10°C to 50°C.

Verdersil

Verdersil is a silicone-based lubricant designed for more demanding applications. It’s the ideal choice when operating at elevated temperatures or when pumping reactive or oxidising chemicals that may not be compatible with glycerine-based lubricants. Verdersil is suitable for use in temperatures from -50°C to 100°C.

Both lubricants are specifically developed to work with the Verderflex hose range. The textured surface of the hoses creates micro-pockets for the lubricant, ensuring even distribution and effective cooling throughout operation.
