Introduction: I-1b screw pump is a single screw transport pump, its main working components are eccentric screw (rotor) and the inner surface of the double helix screw bushing (stator). The working principle is that when the motor drives the pump shaft to rotate, the screw rotates around its own axis on the one hand, and on the other hand it rolls along the inner surface of the bushing, so as to form a sealed chamber of the pump. For every revolution of the screw, the liquid in the sealed chamber advances one pitch. With the continuous transmission of the screw, the liquid in spiral form from a sealed chamber to another sealed chamber, finally extruded the pump body. It has the advantages of simple structure, safe and reliable work, convenient use and maintenance, continuous and uniform discharge, stable pressure and so on.
