For high sand content oil, Shengji provides a kind of long plunger sand control pump. Long plunger sand control pump is a basic sand control pump, it uses the long plunger and short barrel, annular structure for desilting. The pump is mainly assembled by a long plunger, short barrel, desilting outer barrel, connector, sand scraping and sealing device.

This pump adopts long plunger and shorter barrel, so the plunger is always out of the barrel. During the operation, sand scraping and sealing device has the sealing function. It can prevent the oil sand from entering the space between plunger and the barrel, reduce the wearing out between plunger and barrel.

When the pump stops, it can also prevent the sand from burying the plunger and extend the service life of the pump.
