The horizontal mud pump cannot reach the displacement or cannot discharge the flushing fluid at all. The specific causes are as follows:

1. The suction pipe comes out of the water.Make the suction pipe immersed in the liquid level, the depth is not less than 0.3-0.5m.

2. Suction pipe blocked.Remove the suction pipe and clean it.

3. The suction pipe is blocked.Disassemble suction pipe and clean.

4. Suction pipe seal is not tight, inhale air.Check connections and hoses and eliminate them.

5. The inlet and drain valves are stuck and not working.Due to valve or valve seat wear stuck replacement parts, due to mud and sand blockage is cleaned.

6. Wear of plunger and cylinder liner.Tighten nuts or replace parts.

7. Suction pipe is not filled with water or air.Fill with water and remove air.

8. Suction height exceeds allowable value.Lower the suction height to less than 2.5m. (Less than 1m for thick mud).

9. Suction pipe too long or too small diameter.Reduce the length within 5m or increase the pipe diameter to the specified size.

10. The hydraulic motor doesn't work.Check the oil circuit.

11. Drain gate closed.Open the gate.
