Our HT and HS Series are run-dry capable, versatile, and rugged. They are an economical submersible pumping solution for medium duty slurries.
Our submersible solids handling HS pumps have steep curves and can handle solids up to 60%
The HS is a hard wearing and versatile submersible solids handling pump featuring steep curves, advanced double mechanical seal design, high Chrome wet end parts, H-class windings; capable of handling Class 1, 2 and some Class 3 slurries and capacities up to 3000 US GPM.
A large American food producer faced persistent maintenance issues with their wastewater pumping system; these ongoing problems were a significant concern for the company. Upon switching to our HS pumps, they ensured uninterrupted operations and significantly reduced their maintenance requirements.
A large zinc producer had a problem with an EDP sump; the content was not only acidic but also full of solids; their pumps couldn’t handle the content of the sump and turned to us to get a duplex stainless CD4MU with a Brinell of +350 pump which has been in operation for almost 2 years with minimal downtime.
A large plant in the South East of the United States needed to pump sand and gravel on a budget; after careful consideration and looking at what was available on the market, they set in on our HT pumps as they offered many features found in premium offerings at a competitive price and are outperforming lower cost options.
When we designed the HS pump we made sure we engineered the perfect seal to accompany it.
HS Series seals are individually protected and in tandem configuration. This means each set of springs are protected from the slurry and provides equal and real backup in the event a lower seal is compromised. Next, we made some industry-leading advancements in the seal chamber itself. We incorporated anti-vortex oil veins, which ensure the seal remains clean and lubricated without the internal eddies and vortexes created by oil lifters. Then, we boosted the pressure venting in the seal chamber to allow for greater submergence as well as less internal pressure on the seal itself.
Our HPD Series of direct on line start control panels are designed to ensure optimal use of your pumps which results in reducing the maintenance and total cost of ownership.
Our HPS Series soft start control panels allow for more frequent pump starts by offering a less harsh starting sequence that reduces in-rush currents which is safer and gentler on the motor and creates less heat build-up and reduces the chance of damage due to water hammer and cavitation effect during startup.
Malfunctioning pumps can cause significant downtime and lost productivity, which is why we strive to provide fast and reliable repair services to get your equipment back up and running as soon as possible. We use our large test tank to troubleshoot and test every pump we repair before it leaves our facility, ensuring that it operates at peak performance.
Our team is standing by to have your pump repaired as quickly as possible. That’s why we solely focus on repairing pumps so we can have them back up and running in the smallest time possible.
Our economical and rugged slurry HT pumps are run dry capable and can handle up to 40% solids.
