AWS A5.14 Specification: ERNiCrFe-7
ISO 18274 Specification: SNi6052
UNS: N06052
DIN: W.Nr.2.4642
Size 0.8㎜ ~ 2.4㎜
Applications: AWS A5.14 ERNiCrFe-7 is mainly used for TIG welding of Inconel alloy 690.
ERNiCrFe-7 Nickel-Chromium-Iron Alloy Welding Wire is mainly used for TIG welding of Inconel alloy 690. The metal cladding has a good overall performance, radiation, pure water environment with excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking. This alloy wire could be used for anti-corrosion, anti-oxidizing acid corrosion surfacing layer on low alloy steel, welding dissimilar metals.
This Nickel Alloy wire can be used to weld dissimilar welding between nickel-chromium-iron alloys and steels or stainless steels. The applications include surface as well as clad-side welding. Interpass temperature of 150°C should be respected.
