farm fence wire mesh

Welded Mesh Fence Panels for Residential, Commercial and Agriculture Fencing Uses

    Welded Mesh Fence Panels

Welded mesh fence panels are an increasingly popular fencing solutions for perimeter and security uses. The welded mesh panels consist of vertical and horizontal wires connected to one another via spot welding to form a rigid flat or curved sheet. The weld mesh panels can be fabricated into a large variety of wire products (welded wire forms) for fencing, barrier and guarding uses: Security fencing, poultry fencing, wire containers, dog cages, carts, shelving, racks and boxes.

Compared to woven wire steel fences, welded mesh fencing offers significantly extra strength and stability. Welded mesh panels are more resistant to bending, twisting and warping than other types of wire fencing, making them ideal for high security fencing uses and areas with high winds or extreme weather conditions. Welded mesh panels can be made with thick wire and small aperture, like 358 mesh type, making them more difficult for intruders to push through or climb over. The dense structure allows fewer gaps between the individual wires, reducing the risk of small animals entering or children and pets getting stuck.

    Materials

Welded mesh fence panels are typically made from galvanized or plastic-coated steel wire mesh. For convenient fencing uses, welded mesh fence panels are commonly supplied in framed panels. Welded mesh is galvanized with a protective layer of zinc to protect it from corrosion, while plastic-coating is used to add even more durability and resistance against water, sunlight, and other outdoor elements.

Heavy Gauge Steel Weld Mesh Panel for Fencing

Heavy gauge, narrow aperture weld mesh panels, support posts and security topping meeting the following minimum specifications:Weld Mesh Panels• Minimum Height: 3000mm plus 300mm buried below ground• Width of panels: approximately 2500mm• Maximum aperture size: 80 mm x 12 mm (WxH)• Minimum wire thickness: 3mm.• All external fixings to be tamper proofCoatings• Zinc-Aluminium (95/5) coating. Not to be polyester coated.

    Uses:

Welded wire mesh panel is extensively used in residential, commercial, industry and agriculture for all such purposes as poultry houses, secure barrier around gardens and pools. In commercial settings, this type of fencing can be used to protect businesses or serves as a decorative detail to enhance the overall aesthetic of a property. In industrial settings, welded mesh fencing is used to keep heavy machinery secure and safe. In agricultural industry, welded mesh fences are used to protect livestock from predators and maintained the boundaries of grazing areas.

Welded wire fence can be used with razor barbed wire tops to form a Non climbable security fence system providing higher safety level.

For maximum high security fencing, the anti cutting, anti finger and anti climbing welded 358 mesh style is used.

Rolled top welded wire fencing - produced by electric welding small gauge steel wire in a mesh pattern with curved design. It is durable, safe, and easy to install, making it an ideal solution for perimeter and gardens. Rolled top and rolled bottom available.
