Type F, Type D and Model 8 Mud Gauges

Matherne Instrumentation’s standpipe Mud Gauges are available for a variety of capacities and operating procedures including oilfield mud pump, standpipe and manifolds.

TYPE F:

Dimensions: 4-7/8” diameter dial case and 9-7/8” in height.

Pressure range: 0 – 20,000 psi

Temperature range: -50 to +65 Celsius degree(-50F to +150F)

Standard end connection: 2” NPT threaded male and 1” NPT threaded female connection.

Using for pressure indication of any liquid such as mud, water and oil

TYPE D:

Dimensions: 7-5/8” diameter dial case and 14-3/4” in height

Pressure range: 0 – 6,000 psi(1000 psi, 3000 psi, 5000 psi, 6000 psi)

Temperature range: -50 to +65 Celsius degree(-50F to +150F)

Standard end connection: 2” NPT female threaded connection

MODEL 8:

Standard end connection: combination 2” line pipe threaded male with a 1” line pipe threaded female connection

Dimensions: 8-1/8” diameter dial case and 13-1/4 inch in height

Pressure range: 0 – 6,000 psi and 0 – 10,000 psi

Temperature range: -50 to +65 Celsius degree(-50F to +150F)

Large 6” dial face incorporates a tough, impact resistant acrylic lens

Dual unit-of-measure dial face available

Dual face pressure readings in PSI / kg/cm2, kPa / PSI and Bars / PSI.
