Our semi-automated cut and strip machines are built for precise, efficient processing of a wide range of cable types, from single and multiconductor to coax, ribbon, and fiber optic cables. With intuitive controls and quick setup, they’re ideal for low- to mid-volume production, prototyping, and flexible workflows.
The Cut & Strip Family E300 cuts and strips wire, tubing, ribbon, and multiconductor cable from 0.3 – 8.0 mm (0.012 – 0.31") with cross-sections from 0.05 – 10 mm² (36 – 8 AWG).
The Cut & Strip Family E400 processes wire, tubing, ribbon, and multiconductor cables from 0.8 – 12.5 mm (0.032 – 0.49") with cross-sections from 0.14 – 16 mm² (26 – 6 AWG).
The entry-level cut and strip machine EcoStrip 9380 processes wires with a diameter of 0.3 mm – 8.0 mm (0.012" – 0.31") and a conductor cross-section of 0.05 – 8 mm² (36 - 8 AWG).
The MultiStrip 9480 family offers six machine versions with additional options and accessories for wires from 0.5 – 12.5 mm (0.0196 – 0.49") or up to 6.5 mm (0.26") in diameter.
The modular PowerStrip 9580 processes a wide range of applications with wires of 0.5 – 16 mm (0.0196 – 0.63") in diameter and cross sections of 0.5 – 70 mm² (26 – 2/0 AWG).
The MegaStrip 9680 cuts and strips wire, multiconductor, and shielded cables up to 35 mm (1.38") with cross sections up to 120 mm² (4/0 AWG) or optionally 300 mm² (MCM 600).
The CenterStrip 1000 precisely strips insulation windows from wires and multilayer cables ranging from 0.5 to 10 mm² (20 to 8 AWG) to a strip length of 5 to 38 mm (0.2 to 1.4").
